Impeachment Committee meets on Wednesday

The Parliamentary Impeachment Committee on the Section 89 Enquiry is meeting this Wednesday morning to consider its draft terms of reference and outline the process for appointing evidence leaders.

This inquiry stems from the Phala Phala matter involving President Cyril Ramaphosa.

Meanwhile, the National Assembly adopted the report looking at the rules around section 89 enquiries in Parliament.
