Young black women struggle to enter the CA profession

The African Women Chartered Accountants is sounding the alarm on how financial exclusion is limiting access to one of the country's most critical leadership pipelines - Chartered Accountants who drive governance, financial integrity, and economic stability. The group says funding barriers are blocking talented young Black women from entering the Chartered Accountancy profession.
