Kolwapi Firearm Case | Call for upgraded charges against Kolwapi

Bitou Deputy Mayor, Nokuzola Kolwapi, has briefly appeared in the Plettenberg Bay Magistrate's Court in the Western Cape in connection with discharging a firearm in a public place in December.

She has been charged with contravention of the Environmental Conservation Act, specifically the Western Cape Noise Control Regulations.
