Philippine police said bullying may have sparked a deadly school shooting in the Tacloban City on Monday (Jun 22), which claimed the lives of three students. Police said the two suspects — aged 14 and 15 — were students at the same school. Initial interviews indicated the pair had allegedly been subjected to bullying since seventh grade.
