14% of Singapore workers feel “disengaged”, trailing peers worldwide and regionally: Report

Singapore workers are among employees who feel most disengaged in the region and globally. This is especially so among younger staff - according to an inaugural study by the Singapore Institute of Directors and workplace consultancy, Gallup.
