Van Wyk could not appear before Madlanga Commission

Medicare24 Holdings CEO, Michael Van Wyk, suffered a panic attack and could not appear before the Madlanga Commmission. This, however, did not stop the inquiry from reading his WhatsApp communication which reveal that Van Wyk, and alleged cartel member, Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala, were allegedly dealing in cocaine. It also points to an alleged bribe from Van Wyk to suspended EMPD Deputy Commissioner, Julius Mkhwanazi, over the blue lights saga. Canny Maphanga has more.
