Businessman Brown Mogotsi's second attempt at bail

The Johannesburg Magistrates Court has heard that North West businessman Brown Mogotsi tried to intimidate a neighbour three times, to change her statement about where he lived. The state claims that on one of those occasions, Mogotsi called his wife, while he was in prison, who allegedly gave the phone to their neighbour in a bid to rattle her. Mogotsi was previously denied bail over inconsistencies regarding his residential address. Chriselda Lewis has more.
