Plans to manage migration in SA

The Muslim Judicial Council has proposed a three-pronged national framework for managing and responding to migration in South Africa. This comes amid ongoing anti-immigrant protests and violence directed at foreign nationals. The council says while it rejects unlawful migration, no person or group should act outside the ambit of the law. It's also called on African states to do thorough introspection.
