Brown Mogotsi to apply for bail on new facts

Alleged political fixer and North West businessman, Brown Mogotsi will apply for bail on new facts at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.

Mogotsi faces charges including unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, perjury, and defeating the ends of justice following an alleged staged assassination attempt in Vosloorus.

Mogotsi’s previous bail application was denied earlier this month.
