No fixed deadline for analogue switch-off: Gungubele

As South Africa continues to pursue its plan to migrate from analogue to digital broadcasting, Deputy Minister for Communications and Digital Technologies, Mondli Gungubele, says there is no fixed deadline for analogue switch-off.

Government has missed multiple targeted deadlines for the switch-off.

On Friday, government officials took to the streets of Merafong municipality to ensure that some qualifying households are migrated to digital broadcast.
