Two-time defending Rugby World Cup champions, South Africa, start their 2026 international season with a match against the Barbarians.

The unofficial "test match" is a warm-up for the Nations Championship starting in two weeks' time.

The Boks dominated the Barbarians in Cape Town last year, thrashing them by 54-7, and the world champions hope to continue this year where they left off.
