Judgement reserved in PSC vs Cape Union Mart matter

A full bench of the Western Cape High Court has reserved judgement in the final interdict application brought by Cape Union Mart and its chairperson, Philip Krawitz against the Palestine Solidarity Campaign. This follows three days of submissions by counsel for both parties. Krawitz says the placards and slogans used during protests outside the retail stores are defamatory and lowers the esteem of the company.
