Mercedes EV catches fire outside Woodlands multi-storey car park

A Mercedes electric vehicle (EV) caught fire near the entrance of an HDB carpark near Vista Point in Woodlands on Tuesday (Jul 21).

The fire, which involved the interior of a car (EV), was extinguished by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) with a water jet.

SCDF said no injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation. #singapore #sgnews
