Gauteng faces 19-day water shutdown

Gauteng residents will have to brace themselves for continued water cuts. Gauteng is facing a massive 19-day water shutdown. Rand Water and Eskom are embarking on planned critical maintenance at the Palmiet and Zuikerbosch sites from the 29th of May to the 17th of June.

The maintenance will impact a vast majority of municipal reservoirs and towers across the province. We are now joined by Rand Water spokesperson, Makenosi Maroo.
