Police probe Vaal River drowning incident

Police in the Northern Cape are investigating a drowning incident in the Vaal River near Douglas.

Four farm workers drowned, and two are missing after a makeshift boat ferrying twenty workers from Vaalus Farm to Olierivier Farm capsized.
Fourteen made it safely to the riverbank.

The search continues for the two missing workers.
