Russia is losing the new space race | Eastern Express

Russia has postponed its next lunar mission until 2028 following the failure of Luna-25. Once the senior power in its space relationship with China, Moscow now increasingly occupies a secondary position. Beijing possesses the funding, technology and long-term strategy required to lead the new race to the Moon. Russia hopes that nuclear power technology can preserve its role in a future joint lunar station.
