Nafiz Modack wants a new attorney

The trial against alleged underworld crime boss, Nafiz Modack is expected to resume in the Western Cape High Court today when the defence is expected to call another witness.

On Monday, Modack told the court that he is not being given a fair trial.

This after Judge Robert Henney ruled against new evidence the defense attempted to present.

Modack, along with 14 co-accused, face more than 100 charges, including the 2020 murder of Anti-Gang Unit Detective, Charl Kinnear.
