TSC signs revised career progression guidelines pact with KNUT, KUPPET, and KUSNET

Teachers’ unions and the Teachers Service Commission have signed a revised Career Progression Guidelines document aimed at improving teachers’ career growth and addressing years of concerns over promotions and stagnation. The new framework introduces clearer promotion pathways and expands opportunities for teachers, including those in Special Needs Education.
