Toronto police arrest another suspect in U.S. Consulate, synagogue shootings

Toronto police say they have arrested the outstanding suspect in shootings at synagogues and the U.S. Consulate. On Tuesday, police said they had arrested three people in connection with the shootings and that the arrests showed a pattern of young people hired to commit crimes in the city.
