ANC Eastern Cape | Interim order granted against ANC Eastern Cape task team

The Makhanda High Court has granted an interim interdict preventing the ANC Eastern Cape's Provincial Task Team from acting as a structure - pending the finalisation of a legal challenge against its establishment.
The application was brought by some party members who argue that proper processes were not followed when the Provincial Executive Committee was dissolved and the Provincial Task Team was appointed.
