Lusikisiki Massacre | Court dismisses Ndamase's bid for acquittal in Lusikisiki killings

The Mthatha High Court sitting in Lusikisiki has dismissed the application by accused number 1, Mzukisi Ndamase to have the charges against him withdrawn.

Ndamase and five others are accused of the brutal murder of 18 people at Ngobozana village in Lusikisiki in 2024.

They face multiple charges including 19 of murder, attempted murder and the illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
