Nkosi bail decision expected on Wednesday

Judgment in the bail application of suspended police officer, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi, is expected on Wednesday at the Pretoria North Magistrate's Court. Nkosi faces three counts of failure to secure firearms, eight counts of failing to protect ammunition, defeating the ends of justice, and failure to mount a safe. Nkosi's name emerged at the Madlanga Commission for his alleged role as a middleman for high ranking SAPS officials and their dealings with apparent crime cartel members.
