Lusikisiki Massacre | Accused number one asks for charges to be dropped

The Mthatha High Court sitting in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape is expected to deliver judgement in the application by accused number one, Mzukisi Ndamase to have charges against him withdrawn.
The state is opposing the application.
