Suspended Tshwane CFO, Gareth Mnisi, has been at pains to convince the Madlanga Commission that he did not help Sgt Fannie Nkosi's brother to secure a security tender at the City of Tshwane. This insistence, however, was betrayed by WhatsApp exchanges between Nkosi and Mnisi, which not only challenge this denial, but also suggest that Mnisi was allegedly cooperating with Nkosi in the apparent tender manipulation saga.
