Louisiana shooting that killed 8 children a domestic violence incident: officials

Officials in Shreveport, La., say domestic violence was a factor in a mass shooting that killed eight children on Sunday and injured two adults. The shooter was the father of seven of the children, and the two adults were the shooter's wife and girlfriend.
