Youth Month | Community ride promotes unity on Youth Day

Some young people in Soweto have taken to the streets to mark Youth Day through a community cycling ride. The cyclists used the ride to not only pay tribute to the youth of 1976 but also to promote fitness, unity and youth participation. They say the initiative is also aimed at encouraging young people to use sport as a tool for positive change, while also embracing their history.
