SCA allows RAF claims by undocumented foreigners

The Supreme Court of appeal has dismissed with costs the appeal by the Road Accident Fund (RAF) against a High Court ruling that confirmed that undocumented foreign nationals can claim from the Fund.

Section 17(1) of the RAF Act uses the words any person which the court found does not exclude undocumented foreign nationals.
