Heartland retailers in Woodlands say slowing sales, rising costs and the upcoming JB-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) link are adding pressure to their businesses. While some merchants fear losing customers to shops in Johor Bahru, others hope the rail connection will bring new opportunities.
