Body of 21-year-old found 10 days after a vehicle he was in plunged into the river

The body of 21-year-old Zenande Chiloane has been found; according to reports, his body was found floating on the river.

Chiloane was among the three whose car plunged into the Crocodile River earlier this month. It is believed he was trapped under the water.
