Julius Mkhwanazi in court following weekend arrest: Mbalenhle Mthethwa

The case of suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi has been postponed to Thursday for a bail hearing at the Boksburg Magistrate's Court, on Gauteng's east rand.

Tthe SAPS Madlanga Task Team arrested Mkhwanazi on Saturday.

He has appeared alongside his co-accused, Kagiso Lerutla.

The police and NPA have explained the case.
