#WATCH | Today is a historic day for India and Slovakia relations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a state visit to Slovakia at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic. His Excellency Robert Fico he this is the first ever visit by an Indian Prime Minister to Slovakia since its independence in 1993. Prime Minister arrived in Bratislava yesterday evening. On arrival, he was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of Slovakia, His Excellency, Juraj Blanar. He also received a very warm welcome by the Indian community in Slovakia along with a cultural performances by local Slovak artists. Today, Prime Minister was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the Bratislava Castle followed by talks between the leaders between the prime ministers. The two prime ministers also uh delivered their address to the media and also witnessed the exchange of agreements and MOU signed during the visit: Sibi George, MEA Secretary (West)
