Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala abandons bid for disclosure of more evidence

The defence in the case against attempted murder accused, Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala, has abandoned its intention to bring an application to compel the state to disclose more documents.

Matlala and his co-accused have appeared in the High Court in Johannesburg.

They are accused of the attempted murder of socialite Tebogo Thobejane, businessman Joe Sibanyoni and music producer Seunkie Mokubung.

Their case has been postponed to Wednesday.
