Iran says US attack on Iranian ship is a clear ceasefire violation

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei slammed the US attack on an Iranian merchant ship and said the United States is the "cause and creator" of the current situation in the Strait of Hormuz during a press conference on April 20. He added that the European Union should not blame Iran over fuel price concerns while ignoring the broader context.
