As PM Narendra Modi arrived in Bratislava, Slovakia, he was welcomed with a soulful cultural presentation by the Mahadeva Kirtan Project, a Slovak musical and spiritual ensemble founded by drummer Marek Žilinec, whose vision was to bring the meditative and transformative practice of kirtan to audiences in Slovakia.

Inspired by his travels in India and Indian spiritual traditions, the group brings the practice of kirtan, devotional bhajans, and Sanskrit mantras to Slovak audiences, creating a space for collective chanting, meditation, and inner reflection.
