Northern Cape youth authors inspire readers

With Youth Day upon us., young authors in the Northern Cape hope that their works will breed more readers, and more importantly, more authors. At least four young people will publish their debut novels during this Youth month. The works of the young authors were published with the assistance of the Northern Cape Sports, Arts and Culture department. The initiative seeks to promote a culture of reading, education and storytelling amongst young people while honouring the legacy of the 1976 youth who fought for equal education opportunities in South Africa.
