Lebanon rescue teams blocked after Israeli deadly strike near Tyre

In the town of Akka, just outside the southern Lebanese city of Tyre, a building was destroyed in an Israeli strike, leaving at least three people trapped under the rubble. Rescue teams attempted to reach the site but were stopped after orders from a five-member joint mechanism chaired by the United States, which includes Israel, Lebanon, UNIFIL and France.
