Impeachment Process | Analyst weighs in on Ramaphosa's court challenge

At least one political analyst says President Cyril Ramaphosa's urgent application for a stay of the Parliamentary Impeachment process against him, should not come as a surprise. News of Ramaphosa's latest court action broke last night, after papers were filed in the Western Cape High Court. In his papers, Ramaphosa cited a high risk of inevitable irreparable harm to himself- Which would arise immediately from the commencement of the impeachment enquiry.
