President Cyril Ramaphosa has filed an urgent court process seeking to halt Parliament's Impeachment process, arguing that the process cannot continue while he challenges the Section 89 Independent Panel Report.

Ramaphosa filed papers in the Western Cape High Court, seeking to review and set aside the report that found a prima facie evidence that he may have violated the constitution and the law.
