First Indian to Win Russia Grand Sand Master Cup 2026 #SudarsanPattnaik

World-renowned Indian sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has won the Russia Grand Sand Master Cup 2026 at the II International Festival of Sand Sculpture in the Kaliningrad Region, Russia.

He becomes the first Indian sand artist to receive this prestigious honour. Pattnaik’s award-winning sculpture highlighted the global impact of climate change and the urgent need for collective action.

“This is a very big honor for me and for my country,” he said while thanking the jury, organisers, and his supporters.
