Draft details emerge as US, Iran likely to sign peace in Geneva this weekend

Iran is signalling cautious engagement, following reports that a draft agreement with the US is taking shape. The deal could be signed as soon as this weekend, with a ceremony most likely held in Geneva. The draft also includes provisions to release around US$24 billion in frozen Iranian assets. It also reportedly sets out a 60-day window to reach a broader deal on Iran’s nuclear programme.
