Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy Chief set to appear in court

Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi is to appear in the Boksburg Magistrates' Court alongside another 40 year old senior city official.

The arrest was carried out by the SAPS Madlanga Task Team.

Police say the arrest is linked to an ongoing investigation into corruption within the Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department.
