Mpame residents in E Cape cry foul over dilapidated clinic

Mpame residents at Elliotdale in the Eastern Cape have been reportedly seeking intervention from the Department of Health for the dilapidated state of their clinic. This follows a hailstorm that badly affected the infrastructure. They also say there is shortage of medicine, no water and only one nurse is working at the Mpame Clinic.
