Huge ‘8647’ phrase mysteriously etched onto National Mall grass

The numbers “8647” have appeared etched into the National Mall ahead of President Donald Trump’s birthday weekend events. Visible from above but barely noticeable on the ground, the numbers — have been used to signal opposition to Trump — prompted authorities to launch an investigation. CNN’s Camila DeChalus reports.
