President William Ruto and Finland President Alexander Stubb have witnessed the signing of three Memoranda of Understanding that will see the two countries collaborate in education, digitalization, innovation and environmental co-operation. Speaking at a joint Press briefing in Helsinki Ruto noted that the agreements reflect the growing depth and practical relations between Kenya and Finland.
