Madlanga Commission | Suspended Tshwane CFO back in the host seat

Suspended Tshwane Chief Financial Officer Gareth Mnisi will this morning return to testify before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria.
He is accused of tender manipulation in the procurement of security services for the City of Tshwane.
