US destroyer fires at Iranian-flagged cargo ship

Images show a #US destroyer firing at an Iranian-flagged cargo ship that tried to evade a naval blockade in the Gulf of Oman. US President Donald #Trump said the US attacked the Iranian ship because it attempted to get past the US #blockade. Iran's military command accused the US of committing "act of armed piracy" and "maritime highway robbery."
