'Devolution has been strengthened through consistent and timely disbursement of resources to county governments. Since 2022, funding to counties has steadily increased, with equitable share to counties increasing from Kshs 370B in 2022/2023 financial year to Ksh 428B in 2026/2027 financial year.'
