Water Pumps | Operators demand permanent work and proper tools

Water pump operators across the Ngaka Modiri Molema District are gathered at the municipal offices in the North West, demanding amongst others that they be permanently employed. The operators are responsible for providing water to rural areas. They are also demanding the municipality provide proper working tools, saying they somotimes have to use their own electricity and money to buy diesel.
