'I love the inflation,' Trump says of rising prices amid Iran war

"I love the inflation": President Donald Trump on Wednesday (Jun 10) dismissed concerns over latest data showing inflation rising more than 4% in the US.

Trump reiterated his belief that oil prices would fall as soon as the Iran war ends and boasted that the US had been taking out "millions of barrels of oil" in secret through the Strait of Hormuz.

"Nobody knows it. You know who doesn't know about it? Iran, until right now."
