Ngizwe Mchunu found guilty of hate speech: SAHRC's Jessica Lawrence reacts

The Johannesburg High Court has ordered controversial socialite NgizwenkosiMchunu to pay R250,000 and also attend a compulsory sensitivity training with the Human Right Commission amongst others.

This is after he was found guilty of hate speech, harassment, and unfair discrimination by the Equality Court sitting at the High Court in Johannesburg. Mchunu has also been ordered to pay costs of counsel.
